AED DEFIBRILLATOR
For the safety of our owners and renters, the club house now has a defibrillator for emergencies.
CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse is where residents and renters gather for social events, meetings, and activities. It
also offers wi-fi, a library, and a complete kitchen.
OUTDOOR POOL
The outdoor pool is refreshing and heated or cooled when necessary. Many chairs and umbrella tables are
available for your outdoor enjoyment.
LAUNDRY
The park offers convenient coin operated laundry facilities equipped with washers and dryers for
residents and renters use.
STORAGE AREA
Storage is available for boats, recreational vehicles, and cargo trailers.
CHURCH
Nondenominational church service is held at 10:00 am every Sunday, typically starting the first of
the year. Services are held in the clubhouse. All are welcome.
SHUFFLEBOARD
Four shuffleboard courts are available for all owners and renters of Leisure Time Park and
is located at the east side of the park, south of the front entrance. Cues and discs are in the
storage shed by the shuffleboard courts.
HORSESHOES
One horseshoe pit is available for use by all owners and renters of Leisure Time Park.
OVERFLOW PARKING
Vehicles with current license tags are permitted on a “first come first served” basis in
the storage area of the park.
